Ainura Toleuova - Kazakhstan

Ruveyda Öksüz is Miss Turkey World 2013. Her height is 180 cm.
19 year old Ruveyda comes from Istanbul, and her dream is to be an astronomer. To realize her dreams, she is currently a student studying in that field. Ruveyda’s favourite book is Khaled Husseini’s A Thousand Splendid Suns whilst her favourite song is Stee Downes’ Asunder.

Zhibek Nukeeva is Miss Kyrgyzstan 2013.  She represented country at Miss World 2013.
Zhibek comes from Bishek, where she lives with her sister and parents. Currently a student, she hopes to gain employment as a French translator or as an economist - as long as it is in France. She describes herself as “kind, honest, and always trying to be in a good mood”. Her hobbies include dancing, reading, and listening to RnB music.

Rakhima Ganieva is Miss Uzbekistan World 2013. Her height is 174 cm.
18 year old Rakhima loves to play the piano. Born and Raised in the Uzbek capital Tashkent, Rakhima is a talented musician, who hopes to continue with her skill of making music long into the future. Currently a student, she has aspirations of further studies in the field of International Relations & Law, which she hopes will aid her in a career in this field. Describing herself as “Cheerful & serious at the same time” Rakhima enjoys many activities, including playing tennis, travelling, and learning history.

Pagmadulam Sukhbaatar is Miss Mongolia World 2013. Her height is 175 cm. She has previously competed in Miss Tourism International 2011 (Top 15 and Miss Talent).
Pagmadulam was born in the Sükhbaatar Province in Eastern Mongolia. With aspirations of becoming a hardworking doctor, Pagmadulam is currently a medical student at university.  Describing herself as an “honest, talented, and kind Mongolian” she enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, as well as a host of traditional pastimes, including Mongolian Long Song, and the national food dishes. She also enjoys the world of fashion, and was an art student before dedicating her time to her medical studies.

Kanyaphak Phokesomboon is Miss Thailand World 2013. Her height is 171 cm.

Kanyapak describes herself as “A very optimistic young lady who was blessed to grow up in a wonderful environment.” Born in Thailand, she grew up in Switzerland where she is currently studying Office Management at the KV Business School in Zurich.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, keeping fit, travelling, and cooking, and she listens to RnB and pop music. In the future she hopes to take a gap year to volunteer in South America before following in her parent’s footsteps by becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Iresha Asanki de Silva is Miss Sri Lanka World 2013. Her height is 178 cm.
In 2011 however, Asanki decided to participate in a competition called ‘Models of a New Generation.’ She won several titles at that competition, including ‘Body Beautiful’ and ‘Miss Continental Queen’. The unexpected success Asanki earned from her first modeling experience in 2011 spurred her on to compete in other competitions, many of which she won. In 2012, Asanki was named the Best Female Model in a competition for Supermodel International. She was also chosen as one of the best ten models in 43 countries for the Supermodel International event overall that same year. Earlier on, she also shone in a provincial beauty queen contest, emerging runner up.

Ella Langsford is Miss New Zealand World 2013. Her height is 178 cm.
20 year old Ella was born in Auckland. An Art & Design graduate of AUT university, she is currently studying International Business & Marketing. Her hobbies include travel & aerobics, her favourite food is Japanese cuisine and she enjoys listening to hip hop music. Describing herself as having a "bubbly, motivated and friendly personality", Ella has aspirations of travelling Europe and the USA after graduating to gain work and life experience.

Chang Shao Chuan / 張韶娟 (English name is Cinzia) is Miss Republic of China (Taiwan) 2013. She will represent Taiwan / Chinese Taipei in Miss World 2013. Cinzia has previously competed in Miss Intercontinental 2012 and in Miss Freedom of the World 2013.
Cinzia was born and raised in Nantou county. A languages student, she is in her final year at the National Chengchi University. Cinzia has aspirations of working as an interpreter in the future, and is fluent in several languages, including English, Turkish, and Mandarin.

Melinder Bhullar is Miss Malaysia World 2013. Her height is 168 cm, measurements: bust - 86, waist - 63.5, hips - 89.
Melinder grew up in Kuala Lumpur before moving to Australia to study Psychology at the University of Western Australia. An “independent, outgoing and passionate young lady” Melinder has brief experience working on television, a line of work she hopes to make a successful career in. In her spare time she visits the theatre, she enjoys Traditional Malay and Classical Indian music and cinema, and her favourite food is Nasi Lemak, a Malay delicacy.
